MEET OUR PRESIDENT

Jacob Benzaquen

Jacob resides in Baltimore City with his wife and four children.

Born in Caracas, Venezuela and raised in Miami, Florida he settled in Baltimore, MD in 2002.

Jacob holds a Masters in Talmudic Law as well as an MBA with a focus in account from Loyola University in Maryland.

Jacob began his journey into Real Estate in 2010, entering into a market full of possibilities. Jacob saw potential growth in the multi-unit market/ single

family homes in Baltimore City and established BZ Realty LLC composed of his own investments. In 2014 Jacob expanded his boundaries founding JBZ Management LLC a company providing the highest level of efficiency for owners much like himself.

Today JBZ Management is managing over 300 units in the greater Baltimore area with significant growth on the horizon.
